Tropical Paradise

This rental is amazing! The backyard is absolutely perfect, it has everything you could want for a private island themed getaway.. my husband and I really enjoyed all of the amenities and the relaxing scenery, the kids loved the pool and the screened in area where they could eat and watch their favorite shows while drying off from the pool.

House was really nice and super clean. Back yard was beautiful, calming , and relaxing! My parents loved it and the kids, well let’s just say they didn’t want to leave . Good walking distance to the beach . Great area !

This is a very nice house, comfortable for vacation.

We were 9 people including 3 children, pool safety was not an issue at all. Had everything except bath soap, enough beach towels. I just suggest to the management to add curtains to the 2 original 2 bedrooms. The sunlight specially during summer season starts very early and was uncomfortable, we had to improvise in order to block the sunlight, and to provide blankets, bed sheets and bedspreads without holes; it did not looked nice/clean. Other than that the whole family had a good time. Very close to the beach (walking maybe 5 minutes), and the town and stores (for this we used the car). Very important, for us also was the easy bucking: specific, simple, not complicated. Thanks for this. Remember if you go during the summer to bring mosquito repellent.

Great location and lovely house.

Whole place was well kept. The kitchen and baths were well stocked with equipment and towels. Pool and grounds area were very clean. With four little ones (under 4 years), we feel we’ll need a larger place next time. It was a cute bungalow, 3 1/2 blocks from the beach walkway. Very helpful to have that screened-in porch – a perfect play area for the little ones when it wasn’t pool time!

The house is located in the North Beach area, totally residential. That was perfect for us as we liked visiting the tourist area, not immersing ourselves in it.

Love Margaritaville Pool Home!

The weather has been incredible this week and my Yankee kids have enjoyed every moment of it!

We will depart at 10am as scheduled and will certainly abide by your house rules. My family truly enjoys the comfort and convenience of Margaritaville. Should they decide to return next year, we will certainly contact you directly.

We really enjoyed the pool and the sunroom. It was great how the two rooms were separated from the master so we couldn’t hear the kids as much in the morning 😉 The house had everything we needed and was a true getaway!

Could not have been happier!

This was probably our best Spring Break to date. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The house is exactly as it is in the pictures. It’s clean, comfortable, and very private. Loved, loved, LOVED the salt water pool. On the windy days it was a real life savor when we wanted to avoid the blowing sand on the beach. Every morning we got up and took the trail that leads to the beach and went for a long jog along the shore. Instead of turning around, we took another trail back into the sub and circled over to the bayside of the peninsula to make our way back to the house. Everything is conveniently located. While we did love the shopping and the restaurants, we were happy to be away from all the action at times, too. We wanted for nothing; the house is stocked full of all the necessities, which was really nice. Dana is so helpful. We wanted to use a third party source to make the payments and she was very patient/understanding, which made the process really smooth. All in all, we will be back to the Margaritaville Pool Home. We’re already planning for next year.

This was a lovely home with a great pool, easy access to the beach, restaurants and night life. The owner was extremely responsive to us and I would definitely recommend this home in the future. Wonderful Vacation Rental!

My family and I spent a week with friends of ours at this amazing beach rental. The home is very clean and well maintained with all the amenities you need. My husband enjoyed cooking on the Weber grill! The pool was amazing and warm. We had two toddlers with us so the pool was the most enjoyable attraction for them. The private beach is a short walk from the house and is beautiful. The house is close to the downtown area and our favorite restaurants – Clear Sky Cafe and Palm Pavilion. Dana was great to work with. We would recommend this property & would stay here again.

We LOVED the pool, a family with kids and teenagers, plus cousins, this was an amazing place to stay for a week. The house was very clean. Not too far walking distance from a pretty quiet beach, great rooms & beds with the, nice pullout couches in the living room with very good mattresses, beautiful beautiful beautiful backyard & landscape! We couldn’t stop taking pictures. The covered patio in the back was great for evening hangout, during rain, staying away from mosquitos, hottest time of the day, or anytime :). Pool was well taken care of, someone would came to clean it. Lots of floatables & chairs to use. Kitchen all supplied. Quite neighborhood.

Dana, the owner, was very easy to contact by texting, very sweet. Thank you!

Wonderful Vacation Home

We had a great stay at the Margaritaville Pool Home. It was everything it was described to be and then some. The property was very clean, well maintained and well stocked with all the necessary items. There were even beach towels, chairs and all kinds of fun stuff if you have a child in tow. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the screened porch was one of our favorite hangouts and the landscaping of the backyard is beautiful. You could spend your whole time there and not even venture out. However, that is hard to do when you know there are beautiful sunsets just a few blocks away and great places to eat in the downtown area. We always enjoy a grouper sandwich from Frenchy’s and this year we had a great meal at the Clear Sky Beachside Café. Dana was great to work with. Looking forward to going back!!!!

Wow, for as close as you are to a private area of Clearwater Beach and as nice as the home is inside and out, you simply can’t beat it. Our famlies, all 10 of us had plenty of room and were very impressed with the condition of the place. You are so close to downtown area, walking distance, with plenty for all ages. The kitchen is well stocked where you have plenty to work with cooking dinner for your family. Dana, the owner, was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. Beautiful pool home!

First, the home is exactly as it is advertised. It is wonderfully equipped and a beautiful home. There were 7 in my group and we were all very comfortable. The beds, including the fold out couch beds in the living room, were all very comfortable. One of our group slept on the couch bed for 7 nights in a row and he was very comfortable. That is unusual for a couch bed. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped. The screened in back porch was perfect and most nights, we ate dinner there overlooking the pool. The beach is super close, about a 3 minute walk. I’ve stayed at the south end of Clearwater Beech in the past in a high rise hotel. It was nice but the area seemed busier. The north end of the island, where this home is located, is very different. It is located in a residential area, very quiet and calm. It was very relaxing. Dana has an information book that explains everything about the home and the area once you arrive. One day our group drove north to swim with manatees at crystal river, about a 1.5 hours away. Another day, we went to Epcot/Disney, also about 1.5 hours away. One day we played golf in Tampa at a course only about 30 minutes from the house. Part of our group flew in from Boston. The Tampa airport is only about 20-30 minutes away. The location was ideal for our plans. In all, we had a wonderful stay near a gorgeous beach in a beautiful and well thought out home. I cannot wait to return again. My only initial hesitation when I first found this home was that it was not on the beach. I love the breeze that comes with a beach-side home. It turns out that it was not an issue. You are so close to the beach that you have the wonderful beach breeze sitting on the front or back porch, or sitting by the pool. And It is so close to the beach that it takes only minutes to walk to/from the beach, enough time for most of the sand to fall off your feet and not track in the house. I would not hesitate to rent this home if the description is interesting to you. Thank you Dana for such a wonderful place!

Amazing vacation week!

We had a wonderful week in Clearwater Beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The screened porch really enlarged the living space and the 9 of us ate almost every meal around the table. The heated pool was perfect for our 3 grandchildren (ages, 5,3 and 1) and we spent many hours swimming.The 5 minute walk to the uncrowded beach was perfect and we loved collecting shells, flying a kite, jumping waves, building sand castles, watching sunsets and making lasting memories.

Even though we had rental cars, we discovered the “Florida Free Ride” and used their cab service a few times to get into town. If you don’t have little children with you, it is only about a mile and a half walk to get into town to eat at some great restaurants, enjoy Pier 60 or take a Pirate Ship ride out of the marina.

Dana and Mike were pleasantly and quickly responsive to any questions or needs we had. We would highly recommend this property, especially to families with young children.

Thank you, Dana and Mike, for a great family vacation. We hope to have started a new family tradition.
